Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Due to the size and weight of our outdoor power equipment, freight or LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping may be required for larger items such as zero-turn mowers and garden tractors.
Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Freight shipments may take 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United states. Some remote or rural areas may require additional shipping time or fees.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at contact@qvintagy.shop We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
